Sin\u00e4ll\u00e4\u00e4n j\u00e4rkev\u00e4 ehdotus ett\u00e4 siirret\u00e4\u00e4n hy\u00f6dykkeen ostoverosta kohti k\u00e4ytt\u00f6pohjaista veroa. Autoveron poisto vapauttaa, Perussuomalaisten mukaan. Mutta kuinka se loppujen lopuksi on? Ket\u00e4 tuo autoveron poistaminen hy\u00f6dytt\u00e4isi kaikkein eniten. Ei ainakaan pieni- ja keskituloisia.<\/p>\n<p>Oletetaan, ett\u00e4 Suomessa ei ole autoveroa en\u00e4\u00e4 nelj\u00e4n vuoden p\u00e4\u00e4st\u00e4. Valtio ei saa en\u00e4\u00e4 uusien autojen myynnist\u00e4 noin yhden miljardin tuloer\u00e4\u00e4, jostain se raha on kuitenkin saatava. Yksi vaihtoehto olisi nostaa polttoaineen verotusta, eli siirt\u00e4\u00e4 auton ostosta verotusta auton k\u00e4ytt\u00f6\u00f6n. Ymp\u00e4rist\u00f6n kannaltahan t\u00e4m\u00e4 olisi hyv\u00e4 asia! Ent\u00e4s sen v\u00e4h\u00e4n v\u00e4hemm\u00e4ll\u00e4 toimeen tulevan kannalta? Ei yht\u00e4\u00e4n hyv\u00e4 asia.<\/p>\n<p>Jos autoveroa ei olisi, olisi kuuleman mukaan my\u00f6s v\u00e4hempituloisella edes kerran el\u00e4m\u00e4ss\u00e4\u00e4n mahdollisuus ostaa uusi auto. Ik\u00e4\u00e4n kuin uuden auton omistaminen olisi jokin edellytys tai tavoite, tuskin se sit\u00e4 kovin monelle lopulta on. Miten se auton hinta sitten t\u00e4ll\u00e4 hetkell\u00e4 muodostuu, uusissa autoissa siis.<\/p>\n<p>Otetaan kaksi esimerkki\u00e4, v\u00e4h\u00e4n kalliimpi auto, BMW 316i, jonka edullisin listahinta on\u00a036 872,04 euroa. T\u00e4st\u00e4 autoveron osuus on (arvioitu)\u00a07952,04 euroa. Kyseess\u00e4 ei ole edes kovin kallis auto. Sen hinta ilman autoveroa olisi 28920 euroa. T\u00e4m\u00e4 ei viel\u00e4 ole pieni- ja keskituloisen auto uutena. Sitten se v\u00e4h\u00e4n halvempi auto, Kia Rio, listahinta sill\u00e4 on edullisimmillaan\u00a014 790,00 euroa, josta autoveron osuus on arviolta\u00a02 509,46 euroa, jolloin verottomaksi hinnaksi j\u00e4\u00e4\u00a012 280,54 euroa. T\u00e4m\u00e4 l\u00e4henee jo keskituloisen hintaluokkaa jos vain rahoitus j\u00e4rjestyy nelj\u00e4lle vuodelle, tai kolmelle vuodelle jos pohjilla on jo muutaman tuhannen euron auto tai talletuksia vastaava m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4.<\/p>\n<p>Ent\u00e4s se pienituloinen? Jonka t\u00e4m\u00e4n hetkinen auto on halvempi kuin tuon Kia Rion autoveron osuus? Onko h\u00e4nell\u00e4 varaa ostaa tuo uusi auto? Varsinkin, jos oletetaan, ett\u00e4 h\u00e4n tarvitsee tilaa v\u00e4h\u00e4n enemm\u00e4n kuin mit\u00e4 tuo 3-ovinen pieni Kia tarjoaa? Ei ole.
